QUALITY POLICY

 

Quality and customer satisfaction are the guidelines that define and will continue to define the course of SINASE over the forthcoming years.
 
More than sixty years of experience have always been accompanied by constant innovations that have made it into the modern enterprise it is, adapted to its times.
 
Throughout our history, we have always been at the forefront in terms of machinery and work equipment to offer our customers an optimal solution in terms of cost, quality and service.
 

With the constant desire to improve our customer service, the company has bet heavily to ensure product quality and improve service. This is achieved by a thorough oversight of productsÂ’ traceability and all the work done to it. The company has benefited from the AENOR quality seal since February 9, 1995, updating yearly its requirements in order to meet the latest standards, such as CTE and EHE-08. Internal tracking tests are performed in place in the final product as well as several daily measurements, to ensure at all times compliance with the most demanding requirements.
