It is defined as rebar the processing of corrugated steel for the fabrication of passive cages that meets the requirements for a construction project, used for the reinforcement of concrete.
To make the transformation, we use the latest high-technology machines such as cutting systems, benders, straightening machines, stirrups benders, cage equipment, rebar mesh bending machines, welding machinesÂ…
With the goal to guarantee the suitability of materials, we calibrate the machines on a daily basis and perform tensile tests on welded materials, to ensure the correct supply of material from the welding machines. All the material is reviewed prior to deliver on site to check that it is properly manufactured.
The company is also certified with the AENOR certification, which allows the use of intensive monitoring during construction, reducing the amount of reinforcement needed on a project up to 5%, as well as a clear reduction of steel tests on site, resulting in cost savings.
